Drinks Options

     
       When it comes to drinks you have 4 options!


  1. You supply all drinks and arrange for a third party to serve them or organise total provision from a  Mobile Bar  Company
2.     You supply all the drink & we supply additional staff to serve them.
  1. You supply the drink for the welcome drink, with the meal and for the toast and we supply additional staff               
         to serve these drinks.  You then organise evening provision from a Mobile Bar.
4.      We supply the drinks under our all inclusive package and the staff to serve them. You then organise for         
         the provision of an evening mobile bar.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PAY BAR FACILITY.

We know from experience that providing drink for your guests can be an expensive affair.  Because of this many of our clients prefer to source the alcohol and soft drinks themselves. Often taking advantage of 'special offers' over the months leading up to the event, or planning a 'booze cruise'. 

However, organising,  managing and serving the drinks and cleaning glasses throughout the event is a BIG job and this is probably why our Option 2 and 3 are the most popular choices.

Unlike some companies we do not charge corkage,  we just charge you for the additional staff  that you will
required to organise, manage and serve your own drinks.

OPTION 1

You arrange all aspects of the drink, glass hire and service of those drinks, either using a friend or a third party such as a mobile bar company or local pub.

OPTION 2

You supply the drink and ice and arrange delivery to the venue either before or during setting up time on the day of the event. We then supply the necessary staff to organise your drinks, set up your bar and serve your drinks. Staff prices are charged at a rate of £9.00 per member of staff per hour.  Standard Glass hire and cleaning of glasses is included in the price. Drinks Staff arrive with the rest of the team (usually 4 hours before the guests--depending on the scale of the event) and are available for as long as required.  As an average you should anticipate requiring 1 member of staff for every 50 guests.

OPTION 3

As above, however after the drinks requirements with the main meal you then organise for a mobile bar to come in for the evening provision.  Obviously with this option you are afforded the advantage of a pay bar facility.

OPTION 4

You decide to offer drinks for the duration of the meal under our ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE. Staff costs to serve these drinks and glass hire and cleaning are included in the package price. You then organise a third party to
supply a mobile/pay bar for your evening drinks if required.
