Deposits, payments, terms and conditions
A non refundable £40 deposit and a written letter of confirmation secures your date in our diary. Until we receive this we continue to offer quotations as requested.
Final numbers and Final payment will be required 2 weeks before the event. Without this we are unable to proceed.
Payments may be made by cash, cheque or by credit/debit card by phone.
Child Prices--there is a 30% reduction on the adult price for children aged 3-10. Children under 3 are free of charge. Children may be provided with either a smaller portion of the adult meal or a special child friendly option. This should be advised when the final menu choices are made.
Pricing Policy -- Prices quoted for our all our Wedding, Party and Private Catering Buffets are per head. The services of an Event Supervisor, Staff, Standard China, Cutlery, Glasses and Standard White Table Cloths for the main Buffet tables (70"x 108") and dinning tables (90" x 90") plus Linstyle Napkins are included in the price.
We are very happy to organise for additional items to be hired on the clients behalf such as bespoke china/glasses/cutlery, Round Tables, Round Table Linen, Linen Napkins, Cake stand, Cake Knife etc.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, charges of £500 will be made if the cancellation occurs with less than 4 weeks notice, except in exceptional circumstances. We are of course happy to re-schedule at no additional charge.
Drinks --See our DRINKS page for details of the 4 options available. Additional Staff to serve your own drinks can be arranged at a cost of £9.00 per member of staff, per hour.
Please note that we are unable to provide a Cash Bar facility.
