When it comes to Wedding Catering, from your first thoughts on menu planning, through to table lay up and when and where to cut the cake, we are there to help and guide you.

It will be your celebration, so you will make the ultimate choices. We will share our expertise with you to help bring your ideas together into a package that runs like clockwork behind the scenes and melts into the background on the day.

Our web site should give you a good idea of our company. If you like what you see as a first step we usually suggest an informal meeting with you at your home or the chosen venue to discuss your ideas in greater detail.  Following that meeting we will e mail you details of our discussions and a menu draft and quotation for your consideration.

The next step is a £40 booking deposit, which secures your date in our diary and means that we do not offer any other quotations for work on that date.  Until we receive this deposit we do of course continue offering quotations to other clients.

Once you have booked our services we are happy to arrange a tasting session if you would like where you can sample the dishes you have chosen and we can chat about presentation, seasoning and individual likes and dislikes.  These sessions take place at our premises on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 12 noon and 4pm. 

The final step is to arrange to meet you at your venue, about 6 weeks prior to the big day to run through the "order of the service" and ensure nothing is left to chance! Then following the meeting you will receive a final itinerary with details of the timings, final menu choices and plan of the day.  This forms our working document for the day itself and ensures your event is expertly managed and executed according to your wishes.
